Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What is collected
- Structured requests (Start Here). The details you choose to submit: name, work email, organization, website, role, stage and context of your request, timeline and budget range. The page you arrived from and campaign tags (for example
utm_source) are attached so it is clear which content led to the request. - Readiness Scorecard. Your answers are sent to the server only to calculate your result and are not stored. If you then send a request, your resulting stage and score are included with it.
- Analytics. See Analytics below. No advertising trackers are used.
Analytics
Always on, cookieless: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (provided by the hosting platform) count page views and measure page speed. They do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you.
Only with your permission: Google Analytics 4 (how visitors move through the site) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session replays and heatmaps that show where pages are confusing). These load only after you choose “Allow analytics”, and they set their own cookies once allowed. Request forms are masked in Clarity, and no names, emails, organizations, websites or free-text answers are sent to either tool — only the kind of request and the options selected (for example timeline or budget range). Advertising and personalization signals stay switched off.
Why it is used
Request details are used only to review your request, respond to it, and prepare any proposal or conversation that follows. They are not sold, and they are not added to marketing lists without your separate agreement.
Where it goes
Requests are delivered to Sohayb Baset through service providers used to operate this website (for example hosting, email delivery or a customer-relationship tool). Those providers process the data on his behalf.
How long it is kept
Request details are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting work, and then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information you submitted, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Reply to any email you received in response to your request, or send a new request through Start Here stating what you need.
Storage in your browser
The site uses your browser’s session storage to remember progress if you leave the Scorecard part-way (cleared when you close the tab), and local storage plus one first-party preference cookie (sb_consent, kept for 12 months) to remember your analytics choice. Only if you allow analytics does it also store how you arrived — campaign tags, the referring site’s domain and the landing page, no personal details — for the current visit and, as “first visit” information, for up to 90 days, so a request can show which content led to it. If you decline or withdraw, this information is deleted and not stored again; a request you send will then include only how you arrived during that visit.
