The story
From founder to operator — and still building.
I started in healthcare, then moved into company building.
My first founder chapter was PH Store, a B2B pharmaceutical marketplace in Egypt. PH Store was later acquired by Grinta, where I moved into commercial leadership and led a 70+ sales and telesales organization during a high-growth phase.
I later co-founded HOMEi, a PropTech venture, leading commercial strategy, partnerships and expansion. Building from the founder side taught me how different a market looks when cash, timing, customer proof and team capacity are all real constraints — not slides.
Today I am based in Riyadh and serve as Vice President at Sahat Venture Studio. My work spans Saudi market-entry readiness, localization, commercial strategy, partnerships, venture operations and the practical work required to move from “we should enter Saudi” to an executable market motion. As of October 2026, through Sahat I have supported 50 companies from 12 countries with Saudi market-entry, localization, growth-readiness and expansion work. In parallel, I am currently Founder & CEO of HADREEN, where I am applying the same operator discipline to a live marketplace: customer discovery, pricing, pilots, fulfillment economics and repeatability.
That is the thread across my work: turn ambition into a sequence of decisions that can survive contact with the market.
